Job Duties

Responsibilities include:

• Read and interpret blueprints, prints, and GD&T

• Select tooling, set offsets, and dial in programs

• Full setup and operation of CNC mills

Additional Expectations

In addition to machinist work:

• Partner with other teams to continuously improve processes

• Troubleshoot and adjust for quality and efficiency

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Qualifications

We’re looking for machinists who have:

• Strong blueprint reading and tolerance understanding

• Confidence using micrometers, calipers, and gauges

• Proven experience with CNC setup

Not Required, But Preferred

Applicants who stand out will also have:

• Background in tight-tolerance industries

• CNC programming or editing experience

• Multi-axis machine experience

Soft Skills Required

In addition to machinist work, applicants should be able to:

• Work independently and take ownership of their machine

• Be detail-oriented and produce high-quality work

• Be reliable with a strong work ethic
